My morning, day & night go-to! Legit. This is proooobably my most basic stretch that I base and start that majority of my stretches on :)
I’m a hard 4am riser. So, to keep me myself sane while I’m waiting for life in the morning, I usually resort to stretches and yoga. Now, it’s sooo routine that it actually drives me crazy not to be able to get my 3x minimum per day stretch on.
So, I have ended up developing my own Andii routines.
This lil 1/2 floor series is one that I have developed that I now use for everything. It’s my base series before I move onto my “regular” second 1/2 floor series, standing series, play series; and still easy enough to be able to handle on those low energy days.
